Anushka Sharma

Anushka sharma is an actress and Bollywood actress and producer. She was one of the most well-paid actors and has won many awards for her performances. Anushka, since making her Lakme Fashion Week modelling debut has appeared in commercials for companies like Fiat Palio Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka started giving auditions for film in addition to her modeling. Anushka was the first to be seen in a role of acting in a film by Shah Rukh Khan opposite Anushka. As a screen test for her, she refused to perform an impromptu one and took the day off to practice. Later, she was signed to three films with Yash Raj Films. The film in which she starred played the role of a young bride of a middle-aged man (the part Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka starred with Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang and Vir Das in the film Badmash Company. The movie got mixed reviews. Anushka was also seen with Ranveer in the film "Band Baaja Baaraat', in which she portrayed an Punjabi middle class girl who started her own business. The movie received positive reviews and proved to be an overnight success. With Band Baaja Baaraat Anushka's three-film deal under the Yash Raj Films banner was completed.
