Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera was born in the USA on 15 August 1994. She is a natal sing of Leo and with American citizenship, she's well-known because of her work as being a fitness model, and is also an Instagram star. Ashley does not talk about her parents, however she does credit her grandfather for being the person who gave her the motivation to work to get fit. His grandfather was an active bodybuilder when the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley was physically active from the age of four. She started lessons in swimming at the age of four old and carried on for another 10 years. She participated in numerous events, but was never dedicated enough as she wasn't ready to go on a strict diet so her body would be able to give all it can. The attractive look of her and slim physique made her famous while she was in high school. However, it's not known the extent to which Ashley dated anyone in that period of period of time. Ashley determined to put all of to become a fitness instructor and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was just 15 at the time she realized how unhappy she was with her body. She was urged by her grandpa who advised her to join the gym. He suggested she go slow and build up the body gradually. Ashley, motivated by her victory at the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships took seventh place. Inspiring by her defeat, she continued to train hard. She returned for the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won the fifth spot after this event had ended. Ashley decided that she didn't desire to compete any more. She was receiving offers for photoshoots while she was playing, but she wasn't looking to mix her careers however after she had stopped competing, she decided to become an exercise model. The front cover of one of the most popular fitness magazines launched her profession as a fitness model. Seit then she is an internationally renowned model and has been employed by numerous bikini labels and world-renowned clothing companies.
